Easy Substitutions for Red Meat

People who eat red meat have an increased risk of dying from cardiovascular disease and cancer. A new study published  in the  followed men and women over the course of nearly 30 years.  Researchers found that consumption of red meat may increase our risk of disease.  They also suggested that that substituting other sources of can lower that risk.
